  • In order to have complete control of all the functions offered, it is necessary to use an industrial computer (with Windows XP Professional) with our exclusive supervision multilanguage software “EASYDRIVE V13”. The customer can also share, stored within their own business network, all the information he wishes to obtain from the machine and, during the guarantee period, request a tele-assistance by Caccia Engineering’s technical department free of charge.
  • Such flexibility cannot be provided by using a simple operator panel.

  • Revolutionary multilevel recipes setting mode (wizard) for each carriage, which allows setting only the parameters needed, using the proper level: low level for standard items and high level for technical, multilayer or sandwich items. It also exists the level 8 (advanced): which allows using the machine with free and unlimited programming. This innovative setting mode of working parameters is an exclusive to Caccia Engineering.
  • Automatic balancing utility of the axes with indication of the most unbalanced point and showing where the counter weight needs to be placed to balance the arm, with a continuous monitoring of all operational zones (orthogonal views of the two axes and bargraph).
  • Possibility to activate cycles with “fixed arm carousel simulation” also with machines having independent arms.
  • Database utility for information on materials, moulds, products and quality classes (printable files).
  • Compensation of the cooking time for cold starting (machine first cooking cycle) or for different ambient or production conditions.
  • TURBO FAN SYSTEM (TFS) with an automatic capacity and pressure control changing within the moulding chamber. The TFS, following a special algorithm calculated by the software, grants uniform temperatures at the different levels of the moulding chamber, with fast heating times. The effects made clear by the TFS are a considerable reduction of moulding times with the consequent reduction of energy and production costs, if compared to traditional machines. For example the TFS can allow to obtain a reduction of moulding times of 2 minutes (from 14 to 12 minutes) with a 14,5% saving. With the TFS in 8 working hours are obtained 6 additional moulding cycles.
  • EXAUST GAS MODULATING (EGM) realized through a variable speed extraction fan according to the production of combustion air quantity. Practically according to the incoming combustion air quantity and density it will be necessary to regulate the opening of the fumes extraction gate in order to throttle the discharge during low temperatures and open it during high temperatures. The EGM allows increasing of the 8% the combustion chamber efficiency, reducing the costs.
  • Automatic positioning of the primary and secondary axis of each arm in all machines operational zones (minimum 20 programmable position per arm).
  • Register of the cycle variables production with a detailed or summarized visualization (printable file).
  • Graphics and trend of the cycle variables with the possibility of zooming and chronological slipping (printable file).

  • Diagnostic and status of the machines and digital burner variables with calculation of the average fuel consumptions.
  • Possibility of cycle control only at cooking and/or cooling temperature and no longer at time (wireless transmission temperature probes) with a production increase and the absolute continuous quality of the moulded item with rejected material disposal.
  • Possibility of installation of “EASYDRIVE V13” software in slave mode on another PC for distance monitoring or in full mode to create a clone PC without the intervention of the technician.

  • Remote assistance through modem or ADSL with access to the PLC diagnostic, to inverters and PC and with the possibility of project modifications or personalization (upgrade) and spare parts programming without the intervention of the technician.
  • Complete integration with the gravimetric dosing system of raw materials used for the rotational moulding process directly into the moulds (gravimatic model). Machines combined with the gravimatic allow therefore the complete automation of the moulding process, from raw material weighing and loading up to the attainment of the rotomoulded item.
